At the age of eighteen this Montreal-born emcee, had already toured North America and Europe with the likes of Limp Bizkit and Guru of Gangstarr. At the age of nineteen, his debut 12” on Guru’s Ill Kid Records, debuted at #6 on several underground hip-hop charts in the U.S. Now, at the age of twenty, Bless is launching his own record label, Platinumberg Entertainment through Awesome DKD, which features a full roster of both artists and producers and is scheduled to release its first full-length album “The Movement” June 10th, 2003.

Bless started writing at a very early age and by twelve years old, was already demoing tracks in studio. Bless then proceeded to establish his name in Montreal as a young battle emcee, but soon took his career across the border to New York where he began to make a name for himself working with such producers as DJ Lethal (Limp Bizkit), Rahiem (Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five), etc… Bless eventually hooked up with the legendary Guru of Gangstarr, who signed him immediately after meeting him at “The Rocksteady Crew Anniversary”. Without delay, the two were in studio recording “Never Ending Saga,” featured on Guru’s “Ballhead Slick” album, which also featured Ice-T, Big Shug, Killah Priest, etc. Bless and Guru have also toured together extensively.

Platinumberg – The Movement is Bless and his crew of Dexter D, TFS (The Forgotten Son), DJ Kwitesane, and head producer Ray Ray, with additional tracks from DJ Manifest and a slew of other artists from Mr. Wiggles (Rocksteady Crew), Guru (Gangstarr), and Afu Ra (Perverted Monks). A series of 12”s, urban radio single releases, video releases and tour dates are all underway and slotted for spring and summer 2003.
